The Trust accepts gifts of property to be preserved as open space and works with owners to establish conservation restrictions on all or a portion of their property to protect it from future development. It has also "undeveloped" three properties along Route 28 by creating parks at the sites of former businesses with unsightly rundown buildings.

YCT is governed by a volunteer board of trustees and advised by The Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts. We are available for a free, confidential conversation about your land conservation options. We look forward to helping you preserve your vision of open space.
